When we jump on an initial call with companies, we explain what we do and how we do it. This all happens while we listen to our customer's goals, and we try to find the areas that we can help. On our initial call, we try to find out several things, such as:

- How important is it to you to achieve the goals you're trying to meet?
- Have you worked with marketing companies in the past?
- What did you like and dislike about working with them?
- Why do you think they failed your company?
- What would you like to see monthly from us that would show you we are doing the right thing?
- Are there any expectations you have from us that would make us stand out?
- What are your competitors doing that you see working for them?
This is all super important to us because we don't have a one-size-fits-all, unlike many companies. On top of that, if your goal is to get customers tomorrow through ad's chances are pretty good we may not be the best fit. Why?
