So why should you work with growth-generators as opposed to another marketing firm?
We get this question a lot, and we wanted to give you insight into why our clients love working with us and why you might be interested in working with us.
The first thing to consider that means the most to us instead of other companies is we value our employees and what we stand for more than anything.
What does this mean, and how does it impact you? Here at growth generators, we deeply care about our customer's success. As much as we love digital marketing and content marketing, we understand that it's not for everyone. That's fine! When we jump on an initial call with companies, we explain what we do and how we do it. This all happens while we listen to our customer's goals, and we try to find the areas that we can help. Our customer-centric approach allows us as a company and helps us deliver better services to our clients. We make sure that everything we do is geared towards your goals for your business.
On our initial call, we try to find out several things. Those things are as follows:
-Goals of your company:
-When are you looking to achieve those goals
-How important is it to you to achieve the goals you're trying to meet?
-Have you worked with marketing companies in the past?
-What did you like and dislike about working with them?
-Why do you think they failed your company?
-What would you like to see monthly from us that would show you we are doing the right thing?
-Are there any expectations you have from us that would make us stand out?
-What are your competitors doing that you see working for them?
This is all super important to us because we don't have a one-size-fits-all, unlike many companies. On top of that, if your goal is to get customers tomorrow through ad's chances are pretty good we may not be the best fit. Why? Because we help companies gain long-term clients and attract new clients for years to come.
We firmly believe that what we do will last for years to come. When we are working for companies, we dive deep into understanding your customer. Sometimes you may think someone wants to work with you for a couple of reasons. The question is, are those the actual reasons? Is your support better than your competitors? Do you answer the phone no matter what to make sure your customers have an incredible customer experience? Is your staff super friendly and goes above and beyond the customer's wildest dreams? These are true differentiators. Not "we are a great service for a great price" or "we are the cheapest around" or "we only get clients through referrals because people want to have a relationship with us." I am sorry, but those rarely cut it. If they do, chances are pretty. It's not a way to sustain growth. Why do people love amazon? Simple, it's easy to buy, and returns are cake. They make it way too easy. Why do people love home depot? Friendly staff that can help you figure out your project. Those are real differentiators. You can buy wood and lumber anywhere, but people go to home depot time and time again because you can get the help you're looking for. We dive deep into figuring out why your customers buy from you.
We provide the best customer service possible.
When we know what matters to you, it's simple to be the best. Why? Because if we know what's important to you, we can make sure that expectations are met and exceeded. Believe it or not, but for some customers, SEO results don't matter so much. They want a marketing company they can call up and ask questions to at any time. We get it, and because of that, we do our best to make sure we deliver what's important to you every time—everything from fast response rates to understanding where your business is at as far as the marketing process. We strive to make your experience as good as possible, all while delivering the results you love to see.
We take a lot of pride in what we do. We do our best to make sure you have an incredible experience, everything from communication to our results. It's important to us that this is a prosperous relationship.
Before you go, I do want to address some concerns you might have.
Do we mess up? Sure we do. We are human. We are a human-driven company full of a team that loves what they do and works hard. It's natural for businesses to mess up. Businesses are full of people, and people make mistakes. Something could get published early, or an email doesn't get sent. Does that matter? Absolutely. But we always apologize for our errors, address the problem, and do our best to make it right, just like every company should. I felt it was extremely important to address this because if we sound like the best thing since sliced bread and didn't address our faults, how realistic could our marketing be.
How do I know you can deliver the results I am looking for?
We can't guarantee anything. What we can guarantee is that we will work relentlessly hard to see you succeed. We know how hard it is to get new customers. If you grow as a business, your chances of staying with us for a long time are extremely high. We are incentivized to do whatever it takes to make sure your business grows, and in return, you keep us retained to help with that growth, in the wise words of the wolf of wall street. Don't judge us by our wins but by our losses because we have so few. We currently have a 100% success rate in helping companies grow, and we plan to keep it. We like to work with like-minded people, and if your goal is growth, you might be an excellent fit for our company. If you have any questions or concerns, just shoot us an email or check out our website!
