Founded in 2018 Born from Real MSP Pain
Harrison Baron started Growth Generators after scaling a small Long Island MSP from 6 to 22 people. He saw the same problems everywhere:

A former volunteer firefighter for 10 years and Eagle Scout, Harrison brings the same calm-under-pressure, service-first mindset to every coaching call, keynote, and program.
After seeing too many talented MSP owners stuck because of outdated advice or missing systems, he launched Growth Generators in 2018 to give people what he wished he had: clear roadmaps, no-BS tactics, live help when you need it, and a community that actually shows up.
